How does it work?

Powered by A.I. Taught by You
1

Training

ScaleScanr was initially trained using real world scan data from cattle weighed on a certified scale.
2

Deploy

Once the system had been exposed to enough controlled data, it was able to deploy for real world use and further it's knowledge of estimating cattle weights.
3

Retraining

Now the A.I. systems analyze the results of the scans generated by you and use this data to further improve ScaleScanr weigh predictions, thus creating it's own self-improving feedback loop.

FAQ

Is my data private?

Yes. We do not sell or use your scan data for any external purpose. Scan results are only stored for retraining the system to better improve weigh accuracy.

We offer multi-user discounts for organizations with 5+ users. Contact us for details.

How accurate is it?

The accuracy of the weight prediction relative to the actual physical animal weight will vary based on a number of factors including, fill, genetics, and scan variability (scan angle, tall grass, mud on hide, etc.) ScaleScanr retraining is consistently reducing the affects of these factors. With that, recent tests have shown the max variability of predicted vs known weights to be +/- 4% on a group of 200 mixed steers/heifers with the average weight representing that group within 2 lbs.
